flaxseed drink

It's our new way to try and get some more naturally-sourced omega-3's.

A teaspoon of flax seeds soaked for 4 hrs -- to soften the seeds and release the nutrition inside. You can also ground it first.

The kids seem to like the mildly flavoured drink.
