These dumplings were made fresh today, using antibiotic-free pork shoulder meat from T&T supermarket and chinese cabbage. The seasonings were fairly simple: soy sauce, salt, sugar, rice wine. No sesame oil was used. For the sauce, it was soy sauce, vinegar, water, sugar and garlic.

It's our new way to try and get some more naturally-sourced omega-3's. A teaspoon of flax seeds soaked for 4 hrs -- to soften the seeds and release the nutrition inside. You can also ground it first. The kids seem to like the mildly flavoured drink.
